Holds a professional engineer's license (Level III). Specializes in planning and allocating manpower, materials, and construction drawings. Oversees construction processes, estimates costs, manages billing, and prepares monthly reports. Possesses strong skills in design and drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and is capable of producing Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings. Also proficient in designing buildings, residences, and factories and performing calculations using MIDAS GEN. Highly skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel, and can effectively plan project schedules with MS Project.
