ดูแลลูกค้าผ่าน Website, LINE OA และ Social Media
- ตอบแชท ให้ข้อมูล และประสานงานกับลูกค้า
- คัดกรองและบริหาร Lead ผ่านระบบ CRM
- ส่งต่อโอกาสทางการขายให้ทีม Sales
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตลาดและงาน Event
- โทรเชิญลูกค้าเข้าร่วมสัมมนาและกิจกรรมของบริษัท
