Responsibilities: • Assists the Project Manager to implement the construction programme; (ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการโครงการในการดำเนินงานก่อสร้างตามแผนงาน) • Liaise and co-ordinate with Main Contractor’s site personnel at the respective work front; (ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคลากรของบริษัทผู้รับเหมาหลักในพื้นที่ก่อสร้างแต่ละแห่ง) • Materials ordering and delivery arrangement to ensure sufficient material at each respective work front; (จัดการสั่งซื้อและจัดส่งวัสดุเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีวัสดุเพียงพอในแต่ละพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง) • in-charge of Site Activities check list procedure quality compliance and feedback (Including launching operations) (รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในไซต์งาน การปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนคุณภาพ และการให้ข้อเสนอแนะ (รวมถึงการเริ่มดำเนินการ) • Monitoring, checking, recording and maintain site activities according to the Project Quality Plan. (ตรวจสอบ บันทึก และบำรุงรักษางานต่างๆ ในไซต์งานตามแผนคุณภาพของโครงการ) • Co-ordinate with relevant authorities (ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง) • Ensure compliance with checklist / procedures and sign off where required; (ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามรายการตรวจสอบ/ขั้นตอนต่างๆ และลงชื่อรับรองในส่วนที่จำเป็น) • Provide a weekly report to the project engineer or project manager (จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ให้วิศวกรโครงการ หรือ ผู้จัดการโครงการ) • Provide a weekly rolling program to the site team (จัดทำแผนงานประจำสัปดาห์ให้ทีมงานในไซต์งานก่อสร้าง) • Advise Superintendent on site related matters (ให้คำแนะนำแก่หัวหน้างานเกี่ยวกับเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไซต์งานก่อสร้าง) • Prepare material construction records as required for reporting to project engineer or project manager (จัดทำบันทึกการก่อสร้างวัสดุตามที่ร้องขอเพื่อรายงานต่อวิศวกรโครงการ หรือ ผู้จัดการโครงการ
