SPAE Company Limited is a fully integrated architecture, engineering, consulting and property development services firm offering comprehensive ranges of services with responsibilities, loyalty, trust and professional services to clients.

SPAE Company Limited has been established since 2012 with registered capital of 2 million baht. In the year of 2009, the company was initially providing the services of engineering design, under the service name of “Tanawat Design and Consultant”. By the year of 2010, we intruduced the company name of “SP Business Part., Ltd.” that has fully services of Design and Consult as One-Stop-Service company. Later on, we expanded to provide a comprehensive improvement into Real Estate and Development fields, under the service name SP Real Estate and Pokastate by rejointing of the management team, with engineers and architects who have experience of over 10 years. As of today we united as SPAE Company Limited with the vision of being a successful company in Project management, Construction management, Architecture and Construction design, and Real estate development services in order to provide customer needs with our expertises with trust and professional.

For over 20 years of experiences, SPAE Company Limited has been served various types of clients both domestic and international from small scale to cooperative scale. SPAE is one-stop service firm. SPAE’s service is to transform clients’ ideas, from imaginary to visionary, from feasibility to reality, and from land to property. SPAE’s project experiences vary from Residential: houses, townhouses, townhomes, apartments, condominiums., Retails: individual-retail unit, stand-alone retails,
