Civil Engineer (Site Engineer - Site Manager)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with project director (British and German), sub-contractor and supplier.
• Managing site budgets and project resources.
• Planning the project schedule and tracking process for adjustment sequence of construction.
• Preparing the method statement for construction.
• Supervise sub-contractor to ensure the construction on the target.
• Solving the Non-conformance report. (NCR)
• Building the construction following international building code (ACI) and Thailand building code. (EIT)
• Construction following Foundation, Slab Floor, Transfer Beam, Water Tank, Car Park,
Cantilever Swimming pool, etc.

Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design of the structure following concrete, steel, wind and earthquake
• Tekla Structure Designer, RAM Connection Design, Revit, AutoCAD sync with BIM workflow process.

2. Watertank 1400m3 (A=370m2 ,z=8m)
3. Warehouse x5 (A=4,675m2 ,z=8.55m)
4. Factory, Production, Storage, Office (A=2,678m2,z=9.50m)
5. Modified slab for the machine, Shutter door, stage, and roof
6. Extension Factory, Ofiice (A=18,500m2,z=23.50m)
7. Data Center 6-stories in Bangkok (A= 4,700m2,z=24.00m)
8. Modified factory foundation column for runway crane 25t.

Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Designing all structures following architectural, mechanical, and electrical specifications.
• Provide details of the structure designed with concrete and steel (detail design and connection detail ).
• Synchronization workflow from structure model 3D to Revit seamless and complete. (by using Tekla Structural Designer)
